In this role, you will focus on developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and providing technically sound solutions that align with clients’ performance, sustainability, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the BMS market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Monday to Friday – Hybrid working.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the BMS industry (service, projects, or commissioning background advantageous).
  • Strong technical understanding of BMS systems (Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC, degree in engineering, or BMS certifications) beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the BMS industry (service, projects, or commissioning background advantageous).
  • Strong technical understanding of BMS systems (Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar).
