Job Title: Customer Solution Engineer / Sales Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office)

Salary: £65,000 base + bonus

Role:

  • Partner with sales and success teams to showcase seamless integrations
  • Customer facing sales engineer/ pre-sales role where you will engage with enterprise customers globally to provide technical information whilst driving the sales process forward
  • Advise on customer use cases, and build workflows across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Slack.
  • Act as the technical expert for integration design, troubleshooting, and implementation, while creating reusable APIs, SDKs, and resources to streamline future integrations.


About you:

  • 2+ years experience in a Presales / Sales Engineer / Solution Engineer / Solution Architect role within the AI, SaaS or Cyber Security world
  • Strong technical understand and capability including API's, SDKs, web development, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python or equivalent frameworks/languages
  • Although this is a customer facing role they need someone who is techy and passionate about next gen technology
  • MUST BE A BUILDER / they're moving super fast some you need to entrepreneurial and work well in autonomous environments
  • Based in and around London
