Sales and Service Engineer Our client is on the lookout for a motivated
Sales and Service Engineer
to join their Blackburn team. This would suit someone in a similar role looking for a new challenge, or someone with a hydraulics background looking to get off the road. This is a varied role that mixes technical work, customer service, and sales support, ideal for someone with mechanical or hydraulic experience who enjoys both hands-on tasks and building customer relationships. What youll be doing Handling workshop admin, scheduling, and taking customer calls Passing jobs to technicians and helping manage incoming requests Carrying out hose inspections and Total Hose Management (THM) checks Using RFID hose tagging so customers can access real-time information Spending two days a week in sales, running account reviews and upselling services Supporting the mobile Sales and Service Technicians with customers and new business during busy periods Building strong relationships with customers across sites What were looking for Hydraulic industry experience (site experience preferred) Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Someone whos adaptable, able to balance service, admin, and sales Sales experience in the hydraulic sector would be a big advantage Whats on offer £38,000 base salary Training and qualifications provided A role with genuine variety, responsibility, and career growth potential If youre ready for the next step in your career, wed love to hear from you
