In this varied role, you will combine hands-on engineering, technical documentation, and direct customer interaction, with occasional international travel. You'll be supported with specialist training and will have clear opportunities for long-term progression into senior technical or leadership positions. The Role: Support production by resolving technical issues and maintaining product quality Investigate and analyse technical faults, including on-site visits when required Create technical documentation, drawings, and test fixtures using AutoCAD The Candidate: Experience in metallurgy, resistance welding, or precision/mechanical engineering Able to read and interpret technical drawings Willing to travel internationally when required
