SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer Initial 6-month Contract Role On-site in Derby £500 - £600, Inside IR35 ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer to support their Azure DevOps environment. As an SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for: Develop and maintain ADO Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow. Deliver high-level training and enablement sessions on ADO concepts for technical and non-technical teams. Perform BAU activities to ensure smooth platform operations. Conduct discovery and analysis of existing ADO environments and configurations. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, issue logs, and knowledge articles. Track, analyse, and report on quarterly ticket volumes to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
