We're looking for a skilled Platform Engineer with experience in IAM (Identity & Access Management) and strong experience in Agile delivery to support product development and technical enablement across multi-disciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to map user stories to platforms and build secure, scalable services Develop hardened base containers and support platform build activities Identify delivery risks and promote best practices across engineering teams Define QA, integration and deployment pipelines for secure, automated delivery Drive adoption of emerging DevOps tools and improve support processes Ensure smooth transitions of new products into service aligned to the product roadmap Essential Skills & Experience Passion for IAM and experience developing secure systems Experience delivering against a product roadmap in Agile environments Strong background in system design, integration, software development & testing Familiarity with the SFIA framework - including levels: SWDN (Level 5), PROG (Level 4), TEST (Level 3), SINT (Level 5), DATM (Level 4), ASUP (Level 4)

Desirable Skills Previous hands-on experience with IAM tools or platforms Agile certification (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, or GDS-aligned)
