SC Support Engineer (Apple/Android/Intune) - Near to Chippenham

Contract - Near to Chippenham. I am currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work in contract with a major client near to Chippenham.

Details

  • Duration: Initially running until 20/03/2026 (extensions possible)
  • IR35: Inside
  • Rate: £25.15/hour

Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience of supporting Apple and Android Phones (across multiple Hardware configs) within a corporate environment required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to service tickets in your regional queue and/or as requested by your Team Leader, updating ticket progress after each visit.
  • Contact users to understand issues, diagnose, and resolve faults with the phones. Typical tasks include enrol/de-enrolling devices in Intune, new setup, password support and assistance with application issues.
  • Ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately.
  • Build a professional relationship with customers and 3rd party contacts.
  • Follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader.
  • Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings, flagging issues and identifying areas and processes for improvement.

Security clearance

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates who have held high level security clearance in the past are welcome to apply. Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum of 10 weeks.
