Location: UK (Hybrid occasional on-site as required) Contract: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP Rate: Market Rate - Inside IR35 About the Role We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer (SCADA/ADMS) to join on a 6-month contract. The role will involve supporting Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) and SCADA solutions, with a focus on troubleshooting, system enhancements, and delivering high-quality support to end users in a critical infrastructure environment. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and enhance ADMS/SCADA applications including DMS, OMS, Storm Assist, and DER. Work with utilities and system operators to translate functional specifications into technical solutions. Perform installation, configuration, integration, and performance tuning of ADMS applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, switches), and related systems. Develop and maintain shell scripts, SOAP integrations, Jasper Reports, and database queries. Provide root cause analysis and corrective actions for reported system incidents.
