We are supporting a client who is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their M365 DevOps team on a key project. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and support the introduction of changes to our Microsoft 365 Conditional Access rules.

Key responsibilities

• Liaising with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Translating needs into clear actions for the M365 DevOps team
• Supporting the implementation and communication of Conditional Access rule changes
• Ensuring changes are aligned with business and security objectives

Skills & experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or cloud environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, particularly Conditional Access
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
