Salary range: £36,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

Area: South East London

Hours: Full Time Permanent, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30)

Overview: The main purpose of this role is to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on door entry, access control and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on door entry, access control and CCTV systems
• Attending and resolving reactive fault calls
• Small works installations
• Supporting the team with site surveys and quotations
• Providing excellent customer service and communication at all times
• Participating in the London callout rota (1 in 4 weeks)

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience in the security industry
• Strong fault-finding skills (essential)
• Knowledge of systems such as Entrotec, Paxton, Came, KMS, Bell, Label, Pac, Dahua, Hikvision, Axis (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Excel, use of engineering apps preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
