Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking an

experienced CCTV Service & Maintenance Engineer

to join their established team. In this role, youll be responsible for the

servicing, fault-finding, and planned maintenance of CCTV systems , ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery for a variety of commercial clients. Experience with

access control and door entry systems

would be a strong advantage. This role is field-based across London and surrounding areas, with a structured on-call rota. Key Responsibilities

Carry out

servicing and preventative maintenance

of CCTV systems. Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively. Complete reports and ensure compliance with company standards. Provide excellent customer service on-site. Take part in an on-call rota (1 in 9 weeks, with standby allowance). What Were Looking For

Minimum

4

years experience

as a service/maintenance engineer in the CCTV/security sector. Knowledge of

access control/door entry systems

desirable. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, ideally including

Hikvision . Familiarity with access control and door entry systems such as

Paxton, Galaxy, Videx, BPT, Bell, CAM . Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence. Valid DBS certificate (or ability to obtain one). Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: up to £40,000 (depending on experience). Overtime rates: 1.5x weekday / 2x weekend. On-call rota: 1 in 9 weeks with £160 standby pay + premium overtime rates. Door-to-door pay.
