OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Security Installation Engineer to join our team. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Intruder Alarm and CCTV systems across a variety of environments, including commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and service Intruder Alarm and CCTV systems.Undertake reactive calls to troubleshoot and repair faults.Participate in the On-Call rota as required.Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and maintain high standards of company documentation.Comply with Health & Safety requirements at all times.Work effectively as part of a team of engineers.Travel to client sites as required (minimal overnight travel).Essential RequirementsMinimum 2 years\' installation experience in security systems.Excellent communication, timekeeping, and customer service skills.Knowledge of SSAIB/NSI requirements.ECS/CSCS card with good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.Positive security screening and clean disclosure report.Full, valid UK driving license (maximum 6 points).Willingness to travel locally as needed.Advantageous Skills / Product KnowledgeIntruder Alarm Systems: Galaxy, Texecom, Orisec, HKCCCTV Systems: Concept Pro, Hikvision, Dahua (IP & AHD)Communication Systems: Emizon21, DualcomsNetworking: UbiquitiBenefitsCompany Van + Fuel CardMobile PhoneOn-Call Allowance & Overtime RatesCompany Pension Scheme21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
