Global Infrastructure Engineer Location: Offices around the M25, including Watford and High Wycombe; remote working with occasional visits to offices. Reports To: Global Head of IT.

Job Overview

We’re looking to bring in a Global Infrastructure Engineer to support a major cloud migration project. This role is critical for our shift to a modern cloud-first environment. The right person must be confident working across a global Microsoft 365 and Azure estate and experienced in cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure including deployments, resource management, and identity.
• Proven ability to configure and manage Microsoft Intune, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Full lifecycle knowledge of Windows Autopilot setup and rollouts.
• Experience with modern device management and transitioning from traditional domain-joined setups.
• Confident supporting Active Directory, networking, and VMware environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Veeam, Cisco Umbrella, PRTG, Meraki, Ubiquiti.

Desirable Skills (Bonus)

• Linux (Ubuntu, Debian).
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Database support (SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with FreshService or other helpdesk solutions.
• Experience with IT compliance and regulated environments.
• ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management best practices.
