CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client’s team of facilities management professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and end-client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience of pressure leak tests, compressor changes and braising.

This is a mobile role, covering Birmingham & surrounding areas.

Package:

Competitive salary between £44,000 - £46,000 per annum (depending on experience) Van & fuel card supplied Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Generous workplace pension scheme Training, development & progression opportunities Responsibilities:

Maintain, service and troubleshoot a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, moving parts, to prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning units, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency ...
