Mploy Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Analogue IC Design Engineer to join the innovation team of a global leader in high-performance semiconductor technology.
In this senior position, you’ll be responsible for designing and verifying advanced analogue and mixed-signal sub-systems for sub-6G ICs. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from concept to silicon characterisation, partnering with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve world-class performance.
Key Responsibilities

Design analogue/mixed-signal blocks including filters, multiplexers, divider circuits, bias systems, PTAT references, bandgaps, PLLs, VGAs, TIAs, and power management circuits.
*
Utilise SiGe and CMOS processes to produce high-performance, manufacturable designs.
*
Collaborate with verification and test teams on test strategies and silicon validation.
*
Create clear, comprehensive design documentation.
*
Contribute to design reviews and champion collaborative problem-solving.
Candidate Profile
*
MSc, PhD, or equivalent professional experience in electronics.
*
5+ years of analogue/mixed-signal IC design experience.
*
Expertise with Cadence Virtuoso and EDA toolchains.
*
Proven record of first-time-right silicon in SiGe Bipolar and CMOS processes.
