You'll act as the technical lead, supporting both clients and colleagues, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and in line with service-level agreements.\n \n This role will suit a qualified electrician with experience managing AOV projects, who enjoys both the technical and customer-facing aspects of the job.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \nLead and oversee AOV project installations on site. \nProvide technical support to planning teams and engineers.

\nAct as the main point of contact for customers, managing pre-order and pre-start meetings. \nDeliver high-quality service and ensure projects meet client expectations. \nSupervise and support AOV engineers, offering feedback, training, and guidance.

\nProvide in-house programming for technical changes to AOV products. \nSupport AOV stock management. \nDeliver practical training for new starters.

\nEnsure all work complies with Health & Safety standards, completing Risk Assessments and Method Statements. \nLiaise with the Head of Compliance to maintain regulatory standards..
