The role

You will own the day-to-day configuration, support and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across the business. Working closely with business users, IT and third-party vendors you will translate requirements into functional solutions, lead testing and change activity, and ensure the platform drives efficient, scalable processes.

This is a hybrid role based in Leeds, with an expectation to be on site three days per week to lead workshops, support UAT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Configure, support and enhance D365 F&O modules (Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Finance as required). Run requirement workshops, produce functional specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements.
