Responsibilities

• Keep essential systems performing at their best: configuring databases, troubleshooting complex incidents, shaping change requests, mentoring colleagues, or leading the team as needed.
• Own tasks end-to-end and ensure services stay secure, reliable and resilient.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and incident teams, translating technical detail into clear, actionable solutions.
• Help refine processes, improve service delivery, and continue developing personal expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing 3rd line support across Microsoft 365 services – Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, and the Power Platform.
• Confident with PowerShell scripting and security tooling (Defender, Purview).
• Strong foundation in enterprise technologies; able to work under pressure to deliver reliable results.
• Teamwork, communication, and leadership capabilities; willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Formal qualifications or hands-on experience in complex, secure environments.
• Security clearance: All colleagues must undergo our vetting process to achieve Developed Vetting (DV) clearance if successful.

• Salary: £48,801.00–£53,697.00 per year
