  • Lead feasibility assessments and experimentation, validating the potential of new technologies before broader deployment.

Prototype & Implement Solutions

  • Build end-to-end prototypes using a mix of SaaS platforms, internal tools, APIs, and AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, n8n).
  • Own technical delivery from ideation to execution: ensuring scalability, maintainability, and measurable value.
  • Apply low-code/no-code and AI-assisted development techniques to move quickly and iterate effectively.

Enable Team Capabilities

  • Create and facilitate hands-on training, bootcamps, and enablement sessions for internal teams.

  • Develop internal documentation, guides, and reusable templates to support ongoing team adoption.

Promote a Culture of Innovation

  • Foster a mindset of experimentation and creative problem-solving across teams.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement by highlighting successful use cases and contributing to the automation roadmap.
