Senior Azure Engineer (Azure AZ-104) Reigate to £90k

As a Senior Azure Engineer you will join a global team responsible for delivering Azure cloud based infrastructure, platforms and services for use by engineering teams across the global business. You\'ll help to improve cloud technologies including automation, IaC and security by design.

There is a broad range of responsibilities including handling requests related to system administration, operations governance, Azure subscription management (they have 85 subscriptions), threat / vulnerability management and incident response. You\'ll collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions providing subject matter expertise across a range of Azure based services.

Responsibilities

• Designing, supporting, securing and building Azure cloud solutions; experience with AZ-104 is preferred but not required
• Managing Azure subscriptions and understanding subscription structures
• Applying DevOps and IaC concepts to cloud projects
• Working with cloud security and IAM within Azure (ISO27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP, SOC2)
• Working with ARM templates and/or Pulumi
• Automation and scripting (PowerShell or similar) skills
• Collaborating with teams and communicating effectively
