We design, install, repair, and commission solutions that address the challenges of an increasing population and changing climate. As a Senior Bid Manager, you will lead complex submissions that directly impact the quality of clean water for homes and businesses, reduce flooding during heavy rainfall, and protect our natural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and facilitating bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior review panelsInterpreting client requirements and translating them into winning strategies and compliant responsesCoaching, mentoring, and developing junior bid managers and writers within the teamOverseeing the production of compelling, well-structured responses that differentiate our offeringWorking closely with directors, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to define win themes and value propositionsManaging multiple complex bids simultaneously, ensuring consistency, compliance, and qualityEngaging with live projects to gather insight and evidence for persuasive case studies and success storiesQualificationsA degree in a relevant subject (e.g., English, marketing, engineering, or construction) or equivalent demonstrable experienceSignificant experience in bid management, ideally within infrastructure, utilities, or engineering servicesProfessional certification and/or formal bid management training (e.g., APMP Practitioner or higher) is highly desirableStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsJoin us at United Infrastructure today and be part of our mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to the complex infrastructure needs of the UK. #J-18808-Ljbffr
