Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking BIM Manager to join our growing Digital Continuity and Manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering our BIM strategy across infrastructure and engineering projects, with a focus on the Energy & Utilities and Defence sectors.

• You will evaluate digital platforms, establish robust Common Data Environment (CDE) practices, and advise on software solutions supporting our clients’ digital transformation goals.
• You will contribute to high-profile infrastructure projects, developing and implementing digital engineering strategies and solutions.

Your profile

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of software platforms for design, construction, and asset information management.
• Provide consultative input on digital tool selection, including market surveys, RFIs, and vendor interviews.
• Ensure platform compatibility with automation, prefabrication, and digital delivery workflows.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, and protocols aligned with ISO 19650.
