Senior Civil Engineer Specifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with project leadership and supervision experience.
- Experience in the structural sector is beneficial but all areas of expertise will be considered.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in delivering civil engineering projects. Provide technical guidance to ensure quality and efficiency. Collaborate with clients. Coordinate team activities, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff.
- Business Development: Assist in identifying opportunities and developing proposals. Contribute to strategic growth through marketing and networking.
- Technical Excellence: Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technologies. Ensure designs adhere to standards and develop innovative solutions.
