If you're passionate about delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions and want to work in an environment where your input genuinely matters, this role could be the perfect next step.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou’ll be working across a wide range of development infrastructure projects, taking schemes from planning and feasibility through to detailed design and construction.\n\nAs a key member of the team, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and act as a main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWhile there’s flexibility in the profile, ideally you’ll have:\n\nA degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent)\nA minimum of 4 years' experience within consultancy (ideally multi-disciplinary)\nExperience delivering infrastructure designs for development projects\nProficiency in Civil 3D, MicroDrainage and/or Causeway Flow\nSolid understanding of hydraulic principles and drainage strategy development\nFamiliarity with S104, S38, S278, and S185 agreements and relevant planning processes\nAbility to manage your own workload, attend site and client meetings, and oversee technical delivery\nExperience leading or mentoring junior engineers\nStrong communication skills and confidence working with clients and design teams\nA full UK driving licence and ability to travel to the Nottingham office\nChartered or working towards chartership (ICE or equivalent)\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nSupportive, forward-thinking culture – no red tape, real trust and flexibility\nVaried project work across the private and public sectors\nStrong progression routes – opportunities to take on more responsibility and shape your career\nFlexible/hybrid working arrangements\nCompetitive salary and benefits package
