Attention all Senior Civil Engineers!\n\nBlueprint Recruitment would like to speak with you regarding a new and exciting opportunity with one of our well-established clients. They're looking for someone with strong experience and leadership skills to join their team in a permanent role, working on impressive residential projects. The successful candidate will work on hybrid basis with up to three days a week in the clients London office.\n\nOur client is a leading engineering consultancy, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions in civil and structural engineering.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n-Lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met.\n\n-Provide technical expertise and advice to clients, contractors, and internal teams.\n\n-Design and oversee infrastructure projects, including drainage, highways, and site developments.\n\n-Perform calculations and analysis to support designs and solutions.\n\n-Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated solutions.\n\n-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout projects.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n-A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).\n\n-UK experience with drainage, highways and FRA reporting.\n\n-Micro drainage and Causeway Flow experience.\n\n-Chartered status (CEng) with a recognized professional body such as ICE, or a commitment to achieving this.\n\n-Extensive experience in civil engineering.\n\n-Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools.\n\n-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nBenefits:\n\n-Competitive Salary.\n\n-Generous annual leave.\n\n-Company pension scheme.\n\n-Hybrid working environment
