Senior Civil Engineer £50,000 - £57,000 Gloucester
We’re working with a respected civil engineering consultancy in Gloucester, who are now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Senior Civil Engineer.
You’ll play a key role in the technical delivery of a broad range of development infrastructure projects covering drainage, highways, earthworks and utilities while mentoring junior staff and working directly with clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the design and delivery of drainage, road, and external works across residential, commercial, retail, and healthcare sectors Overseeing production of Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Statements, and utility strategies Producing and reviewing drawings from concept to construction using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, and ground modelling tools Managing junior engineers and technicians, supporting development across all levels Contributing to new business development and client relationship management What we’re looking for:
Confident in drainage design, SuDS and road infrastructure Degree-qualified with 5+ years’ civil engineering consultancy experience Proficient with AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and modelling software Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client engagement Solid understanding of design standards: DMRB, MfS, Sewers for Adoption What’s on offer:
