From inception through to commissioning, our team provides engineering expertise across multiple sectors – and you’ll be at the heart of it.\n\nIn this role, you’ll:\n\n * Take ownership of challenging projects, leading the preliminary and detailed design of levels, drainage and external works in both public (adoptable) and private realms.\n\n * Supervise and manage the delivery of multiple projects, occasionally leading small teams with delegated authority from the Team Leader or Principal Engineer.\n\n * Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients while showcasing our capabilities to new ones.\n\n * Mentor and support Graduates and Engineers, while continuing your own professional growth.\n\n * Lead by example – demonstrating professionalism, diligence and a passion for knowledge-sharing across the team.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\n\nWe’re looking for someone with strong technical independence and the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment.
