Overview

The Job: Lead technical design on land development projects, focusing on highways, external works, and drainage. Manage and deliver project packages to time, cost, and quality standards. Undertake and review design using Civil 3D, with drainage design software experience desirable (InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, or Causeway Flow). Prepare reports, specifications, and design documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and statutory bodies to resolve technical issues. Contribute to bid preparation and business development opportunities.

Desired Experience

• Proven design experience in land development, utilities, highways, and drainage.
• Strong technical expertise in Civil 3D.
• Experience with drainage design software desirable but not essential.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary input and deliver practical, buildable designs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders.
• Working towards or achieved Incorporated or Chartered status (IEng/CEng).
