As a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, you will lead on project delivery, working alongside Directors and Principal Engineers. You'll manage client relationships, oversee design, reports and specifications, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget. You'll also mentor and guide graduates and junior staff, undertake site inspections, and work across multiple disciplines including architecture, track, M&E, and signalling.
