Senior Cloud Developer/Engineer - AWS

role at TEKsystems. This role focuses on developing and deploying cloud-based contact centre solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. You will be part of a team building robust contact centre solutions on AWS. Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy components of contact centre solutions under the guidance of Senior engineers and architects. Utilise AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, and Pinpoint to support contact centre solution development. Gain proficiency in Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent desktops, and routing. Learn and utilise AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact centre technologies. Essential Skills

Basic understanding of cloud computing and contact centre concepts. Exposure to AWS services and architecture. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript. Experience with performance and load testing of managed services. Work Environment
