Senior Field Service Engineer Stone (3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for customer issues, maintenance, and resolutions. Provide technical support to both customers and colleagues, addressing technical requirements and queries. Diagnose and resolve faults in complex systems. Support Sales & Tendering teams by sharing customer and site-specific expertise. Prepare technical documents, including test specifications and reports. Ensure compliance with Quality Management, Safety, and accounting procedures. Manage customer spares and standby systems effectively. Develop method statements and risk assessments for on-site activities. Adhere to the company Electrical Safety Management System. Recognise and manage environmental risks relevant to the business unit. Skills & Experience

Strong industry experience, with flexibility to work at sites nationwide. Solid knowledge of SCADA, RTUs, electrical protection, and critical telecommunications solutions. Familiarity with communication networks and IEC61850. Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written English skills. HNC/HND (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
