Role will involve:

Commercial Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to expand client base and enhance data coverage across Europe. This includes identifying potential markets, leveraging industry networks, and developing tailored compensation solutions that address regional needs and trends. Data Analysis & Insights – Utilise data analytics to build market compensation trends within each sector. Translate large datasets into actionable insights and providing clients with a clear understanding of their market positioning. Benchmarking & Market Research – Conduct comprehensive benchmarking studies on the qualitative mechanics of compensation plans and broader HR topics across EMEA. Provide insights and recommendations on salary structures, bonuses and equity that align with the latest trends and best practices in across the sectors.
