You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering team working on some of the most advanced buildings in the world, including data centres, R&D facilities, and critical environments.\n\nNewcastle - Hybrid Working\n\n£55,000 - £75,000 \nBonus \nHybrid Working \nPension Scheme \nHealthcare Scheme \nTraining Sponsorhip \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSupporting the production of detailed MEP control system designs and specifications for a variety of building types.\nDeveloping points lists, sequence of operations, and functional specifications.\nProducing schematics, network topology drawings, and control function diagrams.\nConducting condition surveys, preparing technical reports, and recommending improvement plans.\nRepresenting the company at technical meetings with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.\nSpecifying and attending FATs, SATs, and Integrated Systems Testing.\nOverseeing commissioning activities and ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards.
\n\nExperience Required: \n\nHNC/BEng in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years' experience as a Senior Engineer or above.\nStrong understanding of building automation, instrumentation, and monitoring systems.\nProficiency in control system design, documentation, and reporting.\nExperience with major control system vendors such as Schneider, Siemens, and Trend.\nSolid understanding of networks, cabling, and network security.\nExcellent communication, reporting, and client-facing skills.\nAbility to lead projects, mentor others, and deliver to tight deadlines.\nFlexibility to travel for international projects when required.INDUK
