We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage and develop a high-performing Electrical & Controls team, delivering cutting-edge EIC (Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls) projects across a range of industrial applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage the PLC & Controls team, overseeing work packages and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery\n\nAllocate tasks effectively, set clear objectives, and support the team’s development\n\nDrive technical excellence, implementing efficient ways of working\n\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nStrong experience in PLC programming and control system design (e.g. Siemens, Allen-Bradley)\n\nBackground in electrical/controls engineering within industrial/process environments\n\nGood understanding of control systems theory and instrumentation\n\nExperience commissioning, fault-finding, and optimising control systems\n\nConfident leading and mentoring engineering teams\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where your technical expertise and team leadership will directly shape project success and innovation in control systems.\n\nTo learn more, contact Rory McStay
