Role Overview
Cost engineering role focused on estimating, cost control, reporting and stakeholder engagement for major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimating & Cost Analysis – Define scope, develop schedules, and benchmark costs.
- Cost Control & Reporting – Support forecasting, variance reporting, and EAC management.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with key project teams to ensure financial transparency.
What We’re Looking For
Cost engineering experience in infrastructure or defence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and financial reporting abilities.
Project Interfaces
Key Stakeholders: Client Cost Manager, Client Project Managers, Accounts, JV Project Manager & Project Controls Manager.
- Lead cost reporting & forecasting in line with project schedules.
- Drive the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee change impact for budget control & financial planning.

Qualifications
Cost Management & Contract Management (e.g., NEC); Management of EAC Process; Earned Value Management; Stakeholder Liaison & Forecasting.
