About Us
Taktile is building the world's leading software platform for running critical and highly-automated decisions. Our customers use our product to catch fraudsters, prevent money laundering, and expand access to credit for small businesses, among many other use cases. Taktile is based in Berlin, London and New York City. It was founded by machine learning and data science veterans with extensive experience building and running production ML in financial services. Our team consists of engineers, entrepreneurs, and researchers with a diverse set of backgrounds. Some of us attended top universities such as Harvard, Oxford, and Stanford and some of us have no degree at all. We have accumulated extensive work experience at leading tech companies, startups, and the enterprise software sphere. Our backers include Y Combinator, Index Ventures, and stellar angels such as the founders of Looker, GitHub, Mulesoft, Datadog and UiPath.
Responsibilities
- Your core task is to support our customers in maximizing their value from the Taktile platform through ideating, sparring and exploring potential to optimize decisioning from both technical and business perspectives.
- Collaborate closely with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and core users within customer teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for the customer portfolio you manage.
- Orchestrate and drive customer renewals and identify potential for new use cases throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Work with product and engineering teams to translate knowledge of customer problems into product insights to ensure customers can use Taktile to solve their business problems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing work experience, ideally within a Customer Success Organization or a comparable commercial role in a B2B SaaS company with an Enterprise sales motion.
- Curious and Creative – you enjoy identifying and exploring creative solutions to customer challenges and digging into technical and business implications.
- Customer Centric – you are obsessed with maximizing the value customers get from the platform and support.
- Entrepreneurial – hands-on and driven to shape the future of the product and organization; willing to go the extra mile for customers.
- Team Player – you collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Support, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.
- Organized – you manage multiple project scopes, expectations and timelines across internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Depth – you can dissect and communicate technical challenges and approaches to both engineers and customers.
- Desirable: domain expertise in financial services (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.).
- Desirable: experience in leading a team and knowledge of APIs; basics of Python and SQL.
- Desirable: ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
What You'll Do
- Support customers in maximizing value from the Taktile platform by ideating, sparring and exploring opportunities to optimize decisioning from technical and business perspectives.
