Our team focuses on deep technical analysis, reverse engineering, and vulnerability research across diverse architectures and platforms including x86/x64, ARM, and others.
Role Description
We're seeking a Senior Security Engineer/Researcher who wants to stay hands-on and technical. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham with flexible remote working (up to 50% WFH).
You'll be conducting advanced security assessments, reverse engineering complex binaries across multiple architectures, and identifying vulnerabilities in systems that protect critical infrastructure. You'll develop custom tools to aid assessments and collaborate directly with senior technical stakeholders at client organisation.

- Apply knowledge of vulnerability classes and exploitation techniques to assess risk
- Remain in a hands-on technical role and contribute to technical leadership
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in C and Python programming
- Experience with reverse engineering tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra, etc.)
- Understanding of assembly language across multiple architectures (x86/x64, ARM, etc.)
- Knowledge of common vulnerability classes and exploitation techniques
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (sponsorship provided)
- Desire to remain in a hands-on technical role
- Current SC clearance or equivalent
- Malware analysis experience
- Embedded systems or IoT security
- Fuzzing, static analysis, or dynamic analysis experience
- CTF participation or security research publications
