We’re partnering with one of the world’s most iconic lifestyle brands at a pivotal moment in their data evolution. As they bring CRM and customer insight capability in-house and roll out a new customer data platform, this role sits at the crossroads of Data Science and Engineering, shaping how data products are built, scaled, and delivered globally.

This isn’t about maintaining legacy systems, it’s about engineering the future. You’ll work with Data Science, IT, and business stakeholders to create a best in class data ecosystem that powers innovation and personalisation across brands and channels.

What you’ll need:

• Python, SQL, and data modelling expertise

• Advanced knowledge of Snowflake & Snowpark

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience building ML environments (MLflow or similar)

• Familiarity with CI/CD principles

What you’ll do:

• Architect and implement scalable ML environments

• Define best practices for deployment and governance

• Build and optimise pipelines in Snowflake & Snowpark

• Lead migrations and remove blockers

• Champion modern data engineering and mentor peers

• Ensure governance, privacy, and security standards
