We are a team of Structural Engineers who are a mix of Technical Experts and Design Specialists, passionate about finding technical solutions to support Wing structure design. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary design team deployed across Airbus programmes, with opportunities for technical and personal development.

How you will contribute to the team

• Creating design solutions, technical studies and investigations to ensure delivery of technical solutions from initial concept design through to supporting aircraft in service, in line with design methods and requirements
• Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency through methods, processes and capability improvements
• Technical leadership and people development of internal and external designers within the team. You will support the development of design engineers and ensure opportunities are progressed

About you

• Proven Structural Design Process Leadership
• Knowledge of composite materials would be beneficial but not essential
• Knowledge and experience of design toolsets (e.g., CATIA V5, ICC, ECM, Sollings & PASS)
• Industry-recognised design signatory delegation (e.g., Design Approval or Authorisation) is essential
• Understanding of Aerospace Configuration Management
