Overview

Our client is currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their design and technical team. As one of the largest residential property development companies in the UK, they are proud to create homes that are built to last and help bring to life a bright future for modern families.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Design Engineer your will manage and co-ordinate all Civil and Structural Engineering matters for developments, leading the internal engineering team, provide design for all external works including foundation solutions, new estate roads and sewers including section 38,104 and S278 agreements.

Qualifications

  • Associate Membership of an Engineering institute and 5 years post qualification experience
  • Experience working on residential projects
  • Ability to adapt for the business needs
