They are expanding their engineering team and seeking Senior Electrical Design Engineers and Senior Mechanical Design Engineers to lead the development of innovative, high-performance systems from concept to production. These are senior-level positions for experienced engineers who can own designs, guide teams, and deliver robust, compliant, and manufacturable solutions. Senior Electrical Design Engineer Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of electrical systems, schematics, and PCB layouts. Perform simulations, calculations, and component selection to optimize performance. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. Oversee prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams. Mentor junior engineers and review their work for quality and accuracy. Qualifications Degree Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. 7+ years of electrical design experience in relevant industries (industrial, automotive, aerospace, etc.). Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Solidworks and Eplan Experience with electrified vehicle powertrain systems, off-road electrical systems design. Detailed knowledge of current regulations and electrical design standard Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems and components. Produce 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. Conduct FEA and tolerance analyses to validate designs. Oversee prototype fabrication, testing, and validation. Collaborate with electrical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure design integration Adherence to ISO 9001 Mentor and support junior engineers Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 7+ years of mechanical design experience in relevant industries.
