We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing 45 people startup and enable them to build tools for global brands for next generation immersive digital environments.

As the most senior platform/infrastructure engineer, you’ll own their AWS/Kubernetes estate, Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stack. You’ll also mentor a mid-level DevOps engineer and play a key role in driving platform maturity and security (SOC2).

What You’ll Be Doing

Own and evolve the AWS infrastructure (EKS, RDS, EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)

Scale and secure the Kubernetes clusters (EKS) in production

Redesign and improve the CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions

Lead the observability strategy – Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch

Implement and manage Terraform IaC across all services

Lead platform security initiatives and support SOC2 compliance

Mentor a mid-level DevOps engineer

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ Deep production experience in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform

✔️ Proven expertise in GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling

✔️ Strong observability and alerting skills (Grafana, Prometheus)

✔️ Solid scripting (Python, Bash, or Go)

✔️ Security-first mindset and exposure to SOC2 or ISO27001

✔️ Background in product companies (not consultancies)

✔️ Happy to work 3-4 days/week from the London office
