We’re partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer who will take ownership of scalability, security, and reliability across global infrastructure.This role is perfect for a seasoned engineer who can design and implement CloudFormation-driven solutions, influence architectural strategy, and mentor others while ensuring world-class system performance.You’ll work in a cross-functional environment where DevOps is central to business growth—shaping infrastructure decisions, driving automation, and embedding best-in-class security practices.What You’ll DoArchitect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with CloudFormation (Terraform experience also welcome).Lead infrastructure strategy with a focus on scalability, security, and resilience.Own and optimise CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, SpaceLift).Implement and evolve observability frameworks with Grafana, Splunk, CloudWatch.Minimise downtime by leading resolution of critical infrastructure issues.Mentor engineers, fostering a high-performance and knowledge-sharing culture.Collaborate across engineering teams to set and promote DevOps best practices.What You’ll BringProven expertise in CloudFormation – must have, non-negotiable.Experience architecting scalable and secure AWS environments.Strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket; orchestration tools a plus).Deep knowledge of monitoring & observability (Grafana, Splunk, CloudWatch).Track record of delivering large-scale, reliable infrastructure solutions.Excellent communicator—able to bridge complex technical and business priorities.Leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for growing teams.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
