Overview

I’m working with a fast-growing London-based tech scale-up in the data and insights space. Their platform is used by major global brands to measure, optimise, and monetise their presence in virtual and online environments. They’ve recently secured significant funding and are scaling their engineering team to support ambitious growth plans.

The role:

• Lead and optimise AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, and Terraform-based IaC for scalability, security, and performance
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, observability (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch), and security processes, including SOC2 compliance
• Mentor a mid-level DevOps engineer while collaborating closely with engineering leadership

AWS (EKS, RDS, Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) | Kubernetes (EKS) | Terraform | GitHub Actions | Grafana | Prometheus

What they’re looking for:

• Senior/lead-level DevOps or SRE experience in production environments
• Proven CI/CD pipeline design and improvement (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Observability tooling experience (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
• Security and compliance experience (SOC2 a strong plus)

Details:

• Salary range: £80k - £100k (flex for exceptional candidates)
• 4 days in central London office
