The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Engineer to oversee the technical delivery of Formula E's digital platforms, including the website and mobile apps. This role is the key link between the technology and marketing teams, owning the technical execution and delivery to ensure our platforms are high-performing, scalable, and technically sound. The key deliverables are:

• Technical Platform Management: Responsible for the technical management, development, and integrity of Formula E's website and mobile apps. Oversee end-to-end technical infrastructure, including CMS, databases, and cloud services, to ensure robust, reliable platforms with a seamless user experience.
• Stakeholder and Supplier Management: Serve as the main technical point of contact for external development agencies and vendors. Manage relationships, timelines, and deliverables to ensure third-party contributions meet technical standards and strategic goals.
• Integrations and Optimisation: Oversee integration of third-party systems and APIs for seamless data flow. Work with marketing to implement technical SEO best practices and manage infrastructure for localized content and AI-powered search.

What we're looking for in you

• Strategic Digital Optimisation: Knowledge of technical SEO, including geo-targeting and localized content. Experience optimising platforms for AI-driven search to increase digital visibility.
• Vendor and Project Management: Ability to manage relationships with external development agencies and vendors, overseeing project timelines and deliverables to align with technical standards and strategic goals.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs. Experience with CMS and managing back-end systems.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to work 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
