Job Description

My client, a UK-based consultancy specializing in Flood Risk and Drainage Engineering, is seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer to lead their team in London.

Applicants should have a strong academic background in Engineering, including a BSc and MSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering, and experience working within a UK-based consultancy. Experience should include conducting flood risk assessments, surface water drainage strategies, and detailed drainage designs using Infodrainage, Microdrainage, or Causeway Flow. Managing projects and mentoring staff is also beneficial.

The role typically involves:

1. Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Development Projects.
2. Detailed Drainage and Foul Water designs using Microdrainage and Infodrainage.
3. Surface Water Management Plans.
4. Sewer and SuDS designs using Infodrainage and Flow.
5. Flood Risk Assessments.
6. Hydraulic Modelling and GIS Mapping.
