From reducing fuel consumption – measured in tonnes per day – on ocean going ships through their sail technology and advanced efficiency optimisation methods, to enabling the growth of marine electrification with the implementation of their foiling and FOSS solutions.\nThey are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join the team and contribute to this pioneering work.

You will be instrumental to the design of their current and exciting future projects, working alongside their industry leading experts to take ownership of marine electrical solutions, from concept through to production.\nSenior Electrical Design Engineer Role:\n * Design and implementation of large marine electrical installations, focusing on our innovative sail technology product.\n * Work with vessel manufacturers to provide installation guidance and vessel specific system variants.\n * Work with ATEX rated installations to ensure compliance and safety in hazardous environments.\n * Utilize professional drawing package EPlan.\n * Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to integrate electrical systems into our cutting-edge marine technology solutions.\n * Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring technical excellence throughout.\nSenior Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:\n * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree .\n * Experience in marine or industrial control electrical installations, demonstrating a competence with electrical installations and panel design.\n * Understanding of the complexities and challenges in the marine sector.\n * Experience in ATEX/IEC-Ex rated installations is desired\n * Proficiency with professional drawing package EPlan is desired.
