Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex electrical design projects with minimal supervision
* Produce sophisticated calculations, technical drawings and design solutions independently
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including environmental specialists and CAD teams
* Manage project timelines and resource requirements strategically
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
* Build strong relationships with clients, architects and design team members
