What you'll be doing:

\n Leading electrical design on a range of building services projects \n
Taking responsibility for project delivery, client liaison, and team coordination \n
Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth \n
Supporting the development and expansion of the London office, contributing to business growth strategies \n
Championing innovative, sustainable engineering solutions \n

What we're looking for:
\n
\n Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a building services consultancy \n
Strong track record of delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments \n
Ability to lead projects and inspire teams \n
Chartered, or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IET or equivalent) \n
Excellent communication skills and a drive to develop client relationships \n
