Develop, implement, and continuously improve electrical systems strategies aligned with facilities management objectives. Design, commission, and maintain High Voltage (HV) Ring Mains, HV substations, and other electrical distribution systems to ensure safe, reliable power supply. Oversee and execute small domestic electrical installations in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Lead proactive electrical asset management initiatives to optimise performance and extend asset lifecycle. Manage maintenance programs, upgrades, and ensure electrical infrastructure meets all compliance and safety standards.
